Saturday's Yoga session

Saturday morning was all about supporting fitness, women's health and healthy food. So on this day, several Westfield Malls brough a movement known as the Be Bright Pink to raise breast and ovarian cancer awareness. And although many people would have slept in this Saturday, I decided to challenge myself to a yoga session and show my support .

Westfield Horton Plaza collaborated with Yoga instructor Lisa Castle and JIMBO'S..Naturally food store to host a Stretch and Snack event. Their main goal is to unite community members together to become more pro-active in choosing healthy foods, fitness programs and become more self concious about our health.

Take a moment to learn more about breast and ovarian cancer awareness by clicking the link below:

If your interested in a yoga session with Lisa Castle email her at YogaSimple4@gmail.com, she is currently opening up her own yoga studio in Golden Hill!
